5/10: early morning outing
Chris promised his students he'd bring donuts to their final meeting this morning. He wanted to be sure to get a good selection, so we went to the donut shop at 4 a.m.! It was fun and also weird to be out and about at such an unusual time. (Plus I got some donuts out of it.)

Anything glazed would have been fine with me, but a French twist is my personal fav!
I'm happy with any kind of donut except ones with custard filling! The French twists are my parents' favorite, so whenever I see or eat one of them, it brings back a lot of memories....

I'm easy to please with donuts--anything is great with me, as long as it doesn't have custard cream. French twists are my parents' favorite, so whenever I see one of them, it brings back memories of Sunday Morning Donut Boxes of Days Gone By.
