6/8: strangely compelling

We've been watching the Canadian TV series called Trailer Park Boys through Netflix. It's well done in many ways (and the scenario is admittedly off-beat). We're hooked. Are we fans, or addicts?

That would be Bubbles, urging Canadians to vote in the May 2 election.

Thanks, Dusty, for the link! Bubbles is such a charismatic and endearing character.

And hello, Meri--Sunlight & green...there aren't many things better than that!

I don't know that series - yet. We're working our way through Monarch of the Glen after finishing, Downton Abbey and all the Doc Martins (love that series). We seem to be going from series to series this year. And yes, it was becoming an addiction (more like a time suck) so I protested and rationed us to one per night!
