I like spinach. I like eating spinach. And I especially like steaming fresh spinach leaves--which I did tonight for part of my dinner. Chris is less of a fan of this particular leafy green, but since he's not in residence, I can eat it to my heart's content for the next few months at least.
I celebrated Thank Your Mailperson Day today! I left three homemade heart-shaped frosted cookies in the mailbox at home and the mailbox at work for my letter carriers.

ReplyDeleteOh, I wish I could say the same thing! I've been pleading the "it's too cold" excuse with myself almost every morning recently--but I have to get back into walking on weekdays instead of waiting for sunny weekend afternoons; I really miss it....
ReplyDeleteI love spinach, too. I keep a big container of regular or baby leaves on hand almost always. The other morning I had no cereal to eat for b'fast and spied some eggs and spinach and thought 'that's it! spinach omelet!' It was yummy.
