Life in late capitalism can be vexing, alienating, fragmenting, and otherwise frustrating. There are many wonderful things in my life, but I'm more likely to talk about what's bad rather than what's good. 2/4: sound of snow
Not all snow makes a sound I can hear as it falls, but today's snow did. I'm trying to think of how to describe it, but maybe all I can say is that it sounded like snow falling.
I grew up in Chicago and thereabouts, I know that sound... and oh, I do miss it!
