Life in late capitalism can be vexing, alienating, fragmenting, and otherwise frustrating. There are many wonderful things in my life, but I'm more likely to talk about what's bad rather than what's good. 3/1: amidst it all
A weird day: illness, plus sad news from the little part of Pennsylvania where I grew up, plus puzzling things at work. But also: magnolias opening in the wind.
