We've transitioned from the Vulgate to inscriptions in the intermediate Latin class. Today we talked about the Vindolanda tablet with the birthday invitation on it (
here), and they seemed to like learning about it. In general I've been loving seeing how much
work tenses and cases do in condensed epigraphical formats, especially epitaphs.
