The crocuses have bloomed in stages: first the lavender and yellow-orange ones, then the striped ones, and now the deep purples ones.
Life in late capitalism can be vexing, alienating, fragmenting, and otherwise frustrating. There are many wonderful things in my life, but I'm more likely to talk about what's bad rather than what's good. How gorgeous. We recently had someone clear out our flower beds and alas, they pulled out many of my spring bulb shoots. Hoping some will still bloom! Love this photo.
