Life in late capitalism can be vexing, alienating, fragmenting, and otherwise frustrating. There are many wonderful things in my life, but I'm more likely to talk about what's bad rather than what's good. Today was the first real fall-feeling day. It was spectacular weather with the sort of brisk breeze that makes the leaves rustle on the street. Awesome!
It felt like that here, too Barbara! Even the sunlight felt more slanted--the way it does in autumn and winter rather than summer.
