10/9: doing

...some different things in Greek today.  We looked at the inscription on the boundary stone of the agora ("I am the boundary stone of the agora" it says), and I tried a new way of explaining how the forms of the demonstrative this/these is built (using color).

And another good thing (in fact, a great thing!) added later:  I received a message from a dear person whom I met through postal networks and this blog.  We haven't been in touch in years, so it was a surprise and a delight to hear from her.
